Customers should refer to the relevant size chart before placing an order.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, vouchers and discounts may change from time to time. Promotions are subject to their respective campaign terms and product availability.
PAQQO may correct obvious pricing or system errors and cancel affected orders where necessary. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to payment verification, stock availability and other reasonable checks.
PAQQO may reject or cancel an order due to stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other circumstances preventing fulfilment.
Payment is processed through third-party payment gateways. Orders will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Successfully paid orders will generally be dispatched within three (3) working days, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other non-working days announced by PAQQO.
Estimated delivery times after courier collection are:
West Malaysia: 1–3 working days;
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days; and
Remote areas: 5–10 working days.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, peak periods, weather, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond PAQQO’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery or redelivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may apply.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests should generally be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item due to a change of size, colour or style, subject to product availability and the applicable policy.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within seven (7) working days. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or payment provider.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available under applicable Malaysian law.
Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details, including spelling, wording, colour, size and placement, before confirming an order.
Once production has started, personalised or embroidered orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect information provided by the customer.
This does not apply where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially differs from the confirmed order due to an error by PAQQO or its appointed service provider.
All content on the Website, including images, logos, designs, text, videos, product descriptions and trademarks, belongs to or is licensed to PAQQO.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use Website content without prior written permission.
Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate and login details secure.
Reviews and feedback must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringe another person’s rights. PAQQO may remove inappropriate content.
Where permitted by law and based on your preferences or consent, PAQQO may send promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
